Church court voids change to bishop expenses

The United Methodist Church’s top court released two decisions related to bishops. One struck down a petition that General Conference passed earlier this week.

Top court backs conference on church closure

The United Methodist Church’s Judicial Council reviewed questions stemming from a controversial church closure in North Carolina. The court also issued five other rulings after its fall deliberations.
