Former students give back to families in need

Nine Hartzell High School students who completed their studies in 1981 have launched a foundation to help care for poor communities in southern Africa.

The Rev. Dr. Hilde Marie Movafagh, theologian and rector of The Theological Seminary of The United Methodist Church in Oslo, Norway, welcomes participants to the Aug. 11-13 gathering of the International Association of Methodist Schools, Colleges and Universities in Gothenburg, Sweden. Movafagh is also a board member of the association.
